Manorville features large wooded properties and peaceful streets. The Long Island State Pine Barrens Preserve is popular for hiking, mountain biking and horseback riding. The Peconic River runs through Robert Cushman Murphy County Park’s 2,200 acres, making it a go-to hiking, fishing and kayaking spot.
Manorville is affectionately called the gateway to the Hamptons. While it’s 26 miles from the famous summer getaway, it’s less than 8 miles from Wading River Beach on the North Shore and about 11 miles to Westhampton Beach on the South Shore.
Eastport-South Manor School District issituated in the Town of Brookhaven, The Town of
Riverhead and the Town of Southampton. The District encompasses 34 square miles and
includes the following areas: Eastport, Manor Park, Manorville, Mastic and Speonk. There are five schools within the district.
