"My mission is to help my clients reach the next level in their real estate journey."
Margaret Contreras - BrookHampton RealtyLicensed Real Estate Salesperson
Buying or selling a home is a huge undertaking, something that you may decide to do once or many times throughout your life. My job is to provide the knowledge and experience that makes it all as easy as possible, and hopefully, we’ll have some fun along the way.
Since earning my Real Estate license in 2007, I’ve listed, sold, and rented homes from Bedford Stuyvesant to Garden City to Hampton Bays. Some of my past clients were first time home buyers, some were further along their real estate journey, and some were ready to move on now that the kids were out of the house.
As a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), who is over 55 myself, I know that what we need and want in a home has evolved over the years. Not all of us are downsizing into a 55+ community, some simply want a smaller place in the same area they live in now. Many Long Islanders are upsizing to accommodate grown children and their families in a multi-generational home. There are so many options and opportunities for those of us who have reached a certain age, and I would relish the opportunity to help you decide what works best for you.
Wherever you are in your journey, I consider it an honor to help you get to where you want to be.
